Established in 1997, Hangzhou Xinye Crown Cap Making Co.,Ltd has become one of the largest size for full service tinplate printing and beer crown cap enterprise through 13 years' development. Our factory was first located in hangzhou which is one of the most energentic and beautiful in china. After 4 years' development, our enterprise set up Wuhan Xinye ,Changchun Xinye and Beijing Xinye three companies.With 116,725 square meter work shop ,600 staffs and 80 technicians, our total sales volume of beer caps were 11.5 billion and the sales amount was 325 million CNY. In 2010 our total sales volume of beer caps will be reached into 13 billion and the sales amount will be 40 million CNY.Our major equipments are:1. PTC170, PTC110 and PTC027 automatic punch from SACMI Italy, the PMC250,PM1200 and PMC300 automatic moulding machine from SACMI Italy. 2. Fuji tinplate solid-color printing machine ,two tinplate dual color printing machines from England, three tinplate coating machines from Japan. 3. Two kneading machines and six PVC making machine. High equipments make our products competitive and environmental. ERP and 5S management systems make us working efficient. Now our annual output: Tinplate printing 44,000T; PVC liners 4,900T and Beer crown cap 18 billion.Our customers are: CRB group, Yanjing beer group, Qingdao beer group, Inbev chinese company, Chongqing beer group, Jinwei beer group, Henan Jinxing beer group, Henan Weixue beer group and Haerbing Tangshan, Hebei Landai beer, Shandong Ke-Dai-Er and Hangzhou Ashahi ect that is more than 180 breweries.Our certificate are: ISO9002 certificate of the system of quality certification in 2000.
